| Biography |
|
Peet de Villiers was born and raised in South Africa, studied pharmacy and received a Bachelor of Pharmacy and Honors Bachelor of Science degree from Potchefstroom University for Christian Higher Education in South Africa, and recently a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from Idaho State University, USA. He worked as a retail pharmacist, in managed care and in the field of clinical research before coming to Canada in 2000. Peet spent just under 2 years in Yellowknife, NWT and has been living in the Belleville / Picton area for the last 6 years. He continued to work as a retail pharmacist and in long term care. Currently Peet is the pharmacist for the Kingston Family Health Team. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters cycling, walking, playing tennis and reading.
