Craving Change (TM)
Craving Change™ is a cognitive-behavioural program that can help you develop a healthier relationship with food. Discover why you eat the way you do and learn to change your thinking to improve your eating habits.
The program consists of three 2-hour sessions and is facilitated by a Registered Dietitian.
