Stress Strategies is an online program developed by the Psychology Foundation of Canada.
Stress Strategies looks at stress as a problem that can be solved, or at least improved, using practical problem-solving methods.
Stress Strategies will:
- Show you and help you understand a variety of research-backed stress management strategies
- Present stories that show real life examples of how people used these strategies to manage their stress more effectively
- Guide you through a short series of problem-solving questions that will help you figure out how to make these strategies work in your life
