The Kingston Family Health Team (KFHT) is a not-for-profit Corporation committed to providing quality patient-centred care to as many patients as possible in Kingston and the area. The corporation is managed by a Board of Directors responsible for operations and program management.

The Team is comprised of multidisciplinary health professionals who provide primary care to the people of Kingston and the surrounding areas. The boundaries are Prescott to the east, south to Wolfe and Amherst Islands, west to Trenton and north to Smiths Falls.
