LifeLabs at Centennial Family Physicians

LifeLabs operates a patient service centre in the Centennial Family Physicians location for patients of the Centennial clinic only.

​

Hours of operation:

Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm

Closed for lunch from 11:45am to 1:00pm

If you are a patient at one of our other clinic locations, please access an alternate lab service in the Kingston area.
