Changeways for Depression

Changeways for Depression is a CBT-based group therapy program focused on self-management and self-care skills. Goals of the program include: reducing long-term therapy, reducing depression symptoms, and increasing quality of life. 


Registered participants should be prepared to commit to attend all 8 sessions (each session is 2 hours in length), participate in group discussions and complete weekly goal setting homework. A 30 minute pre-assessment intake appointment with the facilitator is required prior to the start of the program.
