Patients looking for a new family doctor are asked to register with Health Care Connect, a service which helps patients without a family doctor find one in their community.

What does it mean to be part of the Kingston Family Health Team?
As a patient of the Kingston Family Health Team you will have access to the expertise of a collaborative professional healthcare team. Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Physician Assistant, Social Workers, Psychologist, and Registered Dietitian work with your family physician to provide you with the best possible care.
You will also have access to a number of additional services, including:
- the After Hours Clinic (located in our Centennial location),
- the Telephone Health Advisory Service (THAS) which provides after hours telephone health advice, and
- access to a broad range of programs and services
